Scope traces of monitored signals during a pulsed RF opeation (5Hz) of a TESLA-like cavity in a horizontal cryostat at STF.
Top: Full compensations applied for Lorentz detuning. Bottom: No compensations applied.
Max accelerating field reached was 23.4MV/m with 0.6ms pulses (19.4MV/m with 1.5ms pulses, as shown above). This cavity reached 20.5MV/m during vertical testing (DC).
