[Ext-GDE-69] DR Section Updated to Reflect Single-Positron-DR

Dear Colleagues,

I am announcing that the DR section of the BCD has been officially
updated as of Sep.21, 2006, so as to reflect approval by EC on the
DR CCR which now assumes a single-positron-DR installation in the
ILC baseline.

The stand-alone DR section of BCD is availble at
