I am announcing that the CCB response with regards to the
Operation/Availability change request received from
Tom Himel (dated, Feb.3, 2006, PST) is now posted at

This change request was accepted as is. An updated
Operation/Availability Section is posted under "Latest Official
Version of BCD"

CCB has to acknowledge that the exact formatting of the MSWord 
version is currently still under discussion. However, CCB considers 
that this editorial update to the Operation and Availability
Section constitutes a welcome improvement of the readability 
(and "editability") of BCD, and, thus, has decided to incorporate 
it in the latest BCD section set.
